Terms & Conditions
- Prepayment required for 3-month introductory period (non-refundable), after which you will automatically be charged $19.95/mo. and can cancel at any time.
- Discount excludes all Boarding services, Board & Train, Private Lessons.
- Group classes available for discount are subject to change.
- Ring rental available by reservation only and is subject to availability.
- Auditing a class means without your dog and observing only.
- Retail product discount excludes products already discounted or on sale. Additional product exclusions may apply.
- Membership benefits are subject to change.
- Make-up classes available on OPEN ENROLLMENT CLASSES ONLY. Limited to 1 missed class per course. Availability restricted to class size and trainer approval. Dog must be at the same skill level as the make-up class. Make-up classes must be taken within 30 days of missed class.
* No refunds for any remaining credit. You are responsible for any additional charges required to enter the new class. Reactive dog classes are excluded. Minimum skills apply for transferring classes.
