The sport of agility requires dogs to be confident on equipment that moves, wobbles, is narrow, and is sloped.  Bars can be kicked, jump standards can be knocked.

In our Puppy & Young Dog agility workshop, we will be exposing young dogs to wobble boards, planks, tunnels, jumps (height appropriate for dog age and breed), and more!

If you have been thinking about agility as a sport or even as an activity to dabble in with your dog, this seminar is a perfect way to get started.

Joyce is a Champion Competitor with her current German Shepherd, Halli, and has achieved Championships with her other German Shepherds over the past 20+ years.  Joyce is a patient coach with a great sense of humor.  If you haven’t had the opportunity to work with Joyce, here’s your chance.

This workshop is appropriate for all levels of agility handlers — from beginners to fierce competitors to champions.

Workshop is indoors at the Pack of Paws facility.

No reactive dogs.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not feed your dog their regular meal immediately before your training session. If your lesson interrupts your regular feeding schedule, please feed your dog only a small portion of their regular meal.

All handlers must be 18 years or older and physically able to restrain the dog. Persons under the age of 18 are only permitted to hold the leash with an adult present and handling a secondary safety line.
