Come out and have some fun with the Flyball Team and learn how to train a REALLY RELIABLE RECALL!

What is Recall?  It’s teaching the dog to “COME” when called!

You don’t have to be interested in Flyball to participate in this Workshop.  Have you ever seen how fast Flyball dogs recall?  It’s AMAZING!

Take advantage of this awesome opportunity to learn how to teach your dog a Really Reliable Recall!

There is nothing more frustrating than a dog who doesn’t come when called.

It’s a safety hazard
They need to be leashed ALWAYS
It’s frustrating

Come to our workshop and learn several techniques for teaching YOUR dog to come when he is called, reliably!

Things to bring:
*Clicker (clickers will be available for purchase $2.00)
*Obscene amount of yummie treats.  Treats should be soft, meaty and cut up very small. Tug Toy and Ball.
*Water bowl and water.
*Dog should be wearing front hook  harness, flat collar providing dog is not straining at the leash. Please also bring a 12″ tab.
*Dog’s blanket or mat.
*Sense of humor.

If you will need help with your dog’s gear,
please contact us and arrange to arrive early.

No Reactive Dogs
Dogs must be friendly toward other dogs and people

What is a 12″ Tab?  A Tab is a very short leash.  Many of these exercises will be off leash, but you still want the ability to easily grab your dog if necessary.  The dogs run so fast that we don’t want them tripping on a long leash, so a tab is perfect for management and safety.  You can buy one, or make one out of an old leash.

Dogs will need to settle during the instructional and lecture part of the workshop.  Your dog can settle in your vehicle, in a crate inside the training center, or in an X-Pen that we can set up for your dog.  Dogs that cannot settle will benefit from relaxing in your vehicle in between his/her turn to work.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not feed your dog their regular meal immediately before your training session. If your lesson interrupts your regular feeding schedule, please feed your dog only a small portion of their regular meal.

Payments for all services must be made directly to Pack of Paws Dog Training.
