What we can help with
Our Tele-Help service is perfect for common family dog issues, including:
- Jumping
- Recall / coming when called
- Counter surfing
- Nuisance barking
- Puppy questions
- General manners and household problem solving
- Everyday training guidance
During your call, our trainers will walk you through practical solutions, troubleshooting tips, and training exercises you can start using right away.
In some cases, we may also provide links to recommended training activities or resources at no additional cost.
What Tele-Help is not designed for
Some issues require hands-on evaluation and in-person coaching. Tele-Help is not appropriate for:
- Reactivity
- Aggression
- Serious behavioral concerns
- Safety-related issues

How much does Tele-Help cost?
Tele-Help is $50 for up to 30 minutes of one-on-one phone support with a professional trainer.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is required.
Our trainers may be teaching classes or working with clients, so you may need to leave a message. We’ll return your call as soon as possible.
Who will I be speaking with?
Both Nicole and Hannah are graduates of the Pack of Paws Professional Trainer Program and have years of hands-on experience helping dogs and their families.
Sunday through Wednesday: Nicole
Thursday and Friday: Hannah
Saturday: Nicole or Hannah

Tele-Help is not intended to replace in-person training classes or private lessons. However, it can be an excellent option for busy families who need quick guidance and support for a smaller training issue.
