Prerequisite: Intermediate Agility or equivalent experience. Dogs must be able to settle quietly in a crate between runs.
A Really Reliable Recall is an absolute MUST for this class.
If you have taken agility at another facility or with another coach, please contact us so we can place you in an appropriate class for your skill level.
Advanced Agility continues the fun game of agility and will include further training on obstacles, handling and movement. Get competition ready, get that new ribbon, or just have a really great time!
In our Advanced class, you and your dog will build confidence, drive and skill.
This class welcomes dogs and handlers who have enjoyed our Intermediate Agility class just for fun, as well as those who are intending to compete in the future. Moving from Intermediate Agility into Advanced Agility will be determined by coach Joyce.
NO REACTIVE DOGS. Dogs who lunge at or bark at other dogs will be transferred to another class that is designed for dogs who need help in that area of learning. No Exceptions.
No Screaming or barking while crated. If your dog can’t settle quietly in a crate during down time it may be an option to work out of your car. Please call us for more information.
Dogs who mark equipment will be required to wear a belly band for the duration of class.
If you miss a class, you can reserve a spot in class to make it up for a small fee. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE MAKE-UP CLASSES.
