  • This workshop is for using established Play! during training.

Description

In this class, you will learn how to use toys, treats, movement and other forms of play during training to reinforce behavior, motivate and build maximum engagement with your dog while also creating strong distraction-proof behaviors.

Have a blast and become the focus of your dog’s attention no matter the distraction.

Play provides many advantages that simply handing or tossing a treat does not. Using play, you can turn a practice session into a fun game and create stronger drive, increased confidence, reinforce behaviors, achieve maximum engagement and have an overall amazing learning experience.

What you and your dog will learn:

  • Location specific markers
  • What toy & what game to use for what activity
  • Toss the toy or reward in place
  • Control over the toy, the games and the training activity while maintaining excitement
