Kristine Rich
In this field, supportive mentorship is what helps develop a strong dog trainer. Throughout my time as a trainer, the mentorship that I’ve received has been invaluable and I would be honored to impart what I’ve learned into a perspective training student. By serving as a mentor, I will be able to provide constructive feedback as well as identify strengths and weaknesses so the trainer will have a better understanding of their skill set. Just like when working with clients, I truly enjoy seeing the fruits of their labor and the best feeling is when they finally “get it.”
