Backyard Agility, Canine Good Citizen prep class, "Out on the Town"
Graduation includes the opportunity to participate in the CGC Test which will be given during the last class in the series. Participants will be required to pass all 10 test items and will be held to the AKC standard for testing. Class does not guarantee the CGC certificate of award rather will prepare you to earn the CGC certificate. Participants should know basic foundation behaviors of Sit, Down, Stay, Recall and Loose Leash Walking prior to signing up for this class.
Pawsitive Dog I
Our Pawsitive Dog I class is appropriate for dogs of all ages, from new pup and through all stages of your dogs life. Dogs will learn Sit/Down/Stay/Heel/Recall/Walking on the leash/Polite greetings and more. Handlers will learn basic problem solving. Handlers will also learn positive techniques for teaching their dogs as well as the basics of learning theory "How Dogs Learn".
Pawsitive Dog II
Pawsitive Dog II will strengthen and improve the already known behaviors of Sit/Down/Stay/Recall/Heel and walking politely on the leash. Class may simulate off-leash work using a long-line. Teach your dog to work with distractions. This class also teaches Leave it/Drop it/Place/Long Stays and much more.
